DUVAL CO WORKOVER PROJECT 4-Well Workover Program Duval County, Texas
	PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS: Bahia Exploration Company has performed geological researched on several acreage tracts with wells which were shut-in and abandoned prematurely in Duval County.  Some of these wells are cable of commercial gas production from gas zones once thought to be too tight to produce commercially.  With the technological gains in fracture stimulation technology, these wells can be produced as an economical low risk venture.  Pipeline access is readily available. INITIAL RE-WORK (WORK-OVER) PROPOSAL: Due to the low risk of reworking and producing these wells, a program to stimulate by hydraulically fracturing the well with the most permeable Yegua gas zone is recommended.  With the success of this initial well, subsequent wells can be attempted. TRADE TERMS:                                                            1)  75% Net Revenue Interest (all depths).                                                                                      2)   $30K for 75%NRI & operations on all 4 wells; plus 3%                                                                                    ORRI on all new wells reworked or drilled.
