THE COMPANY HISTORY
Zorro Petroleum Corporation was established in 1994 as a privately held oil and gas operating
company primarily for family owned oil production in Duval County, Texas. In March 2005, Zorro
Petroleum turned its focus to exploring for oil and gas in the Sligo Reef, Deep Wilcox, Deep
Queen City, Pressured Yegua, and Expanded Vicksburg Trends of South Texas with the aid of
advanced geophysical and geochemical techniques. In April of 2005, Zorro obtained several
3-D seismic surveys and is developing drilling prospects and acquiring lease acreage.

with South Texas title experience.
ENGINEERING & OPERATIONS
Most of our engineering and operations functions are contracted-out
through bonded operator firms. All well drilling and well work-over
functions are performed by insured local contractors.
"Out-sourcing is a valuable
tool for accessing highly
talented individuals while
maintaining low overhead."
THE COMPANY’S MODEL
To maintain a lean and technically integrated organization for exploring and developing high
quality oil and gas properties at a cost well below those of other companies in South Texas.
FUNCTIONS & IMMEDIATE GOALS
To identify profitable drilling projects for exploration and development and to identify suitable
groups to fund such projects. Zorro Petroleum Corporation has as its immediate goal to fund
and drill at least 5 exploratory oil wells this year and to acquire additional interests in
undervalued producing oil and gas properties.
EQUIPMENT BASE
The Company is a technically advanced organization which provides the expertise on projects
requiring geophysical and geochemical confirmation of drilling projects and is self sufficient to
carry out all of its drilling and well work-over operations.
COMPANY'S FUTURE PLANS
The Company plans to increase its production by the continued drilling of new wells and selling
of less commercial properties. Acquisition of 3-D seismic surveys and oil and gas properties in
key areas through venture relationships, farm-outs and discounted purchases are another of
the company’s future plans.
Zorro's access to extensive prospect inventory in South Texas will allow it to continue to
identify high quality hydrocarbon bearing structures prior to acquiring 3-D seismic and oil and
gas leases on these identified potential reservoirs for its future drilling programs.
OPPORTUNITIES ZORRO OFFERS
Zorro Petroleum Corporation not only continues to carry out exploration and development
ventures on its own but also offers joint venture opportunities to working interest partners on
drilling and work-over projects. The company offers valuable expertise in the field of geology,
geophysics and geochemistry for high-grading its drilling prospects. It also offers more
economic methods to drill and develop its projects through strategic alliances with companies it
has a built relationships.
